Titterness LLC owns a five-unit warehouse property in the Glen Cove Industrial Park just outside Port Townsend city limits. The building is set up for commercial tenants who need usable space without extra fuss.

The insulated units have open floor area, concrete floors, high interior volume, and private ADA-accessible bathrooms. Flexible space is available from 1,500 to 7,500 sqft in 1,500 sqft increments at $1 per sqft per month.

"In 2010 we had an idea to have warehouse space to lease to small businesses. We felt that small businesses need space and an opportunity to flourish. By 2020 we did it! We bought land and then started the process of building our first warehouse.
